Theme: 1920s
Inspiration: Clara Bow ( [link] )
Colors scheme: Dark grey, off-white, sepia tones.
Make-up: Dark slanted brows, dark dark cupids-bow lips.

(Left to right)
First look-
Materials: Silk, satin shoes.
Notes: Shoes would be the same style as those on the other dress. The diamond-shape on the neck and lower back are woven from the straps.

Second look-
Materials: Cotton top, melange wool skirt, wool beret, canvas boots with faux pearl buttons.
Notes: The shirt has three pleats in the front, one oversized and the two smaller bordering it. Cuff falls just above wrist.

Third look-
Materials: Damask-patterned wool, tweed skirt, canvas shoes with faux pearl buttons.
Notes: See draping detail.

Fourth look-
Materials: Cotton 'tuxedo' shirt, damask-patterned silk scarf, melange skirt, canvas shoes with faux pearl buttons.
Notes: I cinched up the waist on the shirt and changed the shoes.

Fifth look-
Materials: Silk, satin shoes with faux pearl buttons, multi-strand pearl choker.
Notes: See detail shot for back.

See the notes for changes and clarifications.
I love Clara Bow. That is all.

I'd say it's cohesive. My sister was a fashion design major and I think I've picked up a little about it. :)

I'd actually wear the second one especially. I like the color scheme too, sort of like an old film.

I love Clara Bow too. :)

Well firstly these are all beautiful and innovative and yummy looking.
so I love the black and white and sepia color scheme, very classy and definitely does wonders for the minimalistic loveliness. I also love the make-up, very very sexy and minimalistic. The hair looks super cute and geometric and lovely. <3 <3 <3
I think it DOES look cohesive because of the 20s inspiration. I adore that beret, super!
I do think that someone else made a very good point when they mentioned that both the shirts have high necks and puffy sleeves and both the dresses are sleeveless with v-sort of ideas going on (tho the dresses do look pretty different...) I also do like the waist of the fourth look but admit that it looks awkward. To be perfectly honest I think it'd improve loads if you changed the shoes (I love the shoes but not with the outfit... and i love all the shoes). I mean, slouchy top, slouchy skirt, and slouchy boots just looks too big but if you tighten up one of those I think you can get a nice look.
okay so all my crits you've already had before but I do worry a bit that it could be more minimalistic. I guess because I think minimalistic I think twiggy and that sort of graphic look which this is really not. Still it's a gorgeous collection.

Indeedy doooo~ I definitely see what you mean with the fourth look espeically. I love slouchy boots, but it is a bit too much what with the skirt and blah blah blah. I'm thinking I'll cinch up the waist on the shirt but leave the sleeves baggy, and change the shoes to sleeker, more ';pumps' looking things.
