One issue I have about this design are the sleeves actually... I don't see yet how they'd work on a technical level.
A raglan sleeve has two seams usually... top and bottom..from what it looks on your design you only have one seam.. and I don't think you'd get the right shape like this.. just my thoughts.

I like the body a lot. The coat itself seems very good, but the coll-- god, I can't spell this word! seems very impractical. But looks nice anyway.
Maybe tone it down a little? or don't, if that was the effect you wanted to create.
Now that I have that off my chest, I like the look, its very strong and imposing (kinda makes the model look like a giant, just because of the proportions and how tall the collar is.)
